I don't know where to begin with the wonderful things I have to say about this company and Brandon. From the first time I met Brandon and I saw how he handled business, I knew I found my new roofing company (my other guy retired). Brandon was professional, punctual, excellent at communications, extremely knowledgeable and just a great person. He and the company also care about this community by helping out those in need.

What a great company! I worked with Brandon Faulkenberg who provided excellent customer service. I needed roof repair and a seamless gutter. He came right away to give me estimate and made sure I understood all costs associated with his estimate. He was always a phone call away (cell phone) if I had any questions. I highly recommend NEW LOOK Roofing and Brandon! Very reasonable and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

They were fast to respond, did a full roof inspection, matched and ordered shingles, and had it back to new in less than a weeks time. I highly recommend this company. I had a vent leaking. Called and they came to inspect very next day and same day fixed the cap that was leaking and sealed all other ones that had start to lift to prevent any more leaking in the future! I had Brandon out to give me an estimate on some windows and gutters. He arrived early and was very polite. He measured everything and explained to me the products that would best suit my needs. He took his time going over details with me and gave me a card incase I thought of more questions. Can't wait to have a NEW LOOK on my building. Highly recommended.

I worked with Brandon Faulkenberg for replacing my roof, a skylight and replacing the chase lid on my chimney. My experience was A+++. Every aspect of this project was excellent, from the estimate, information, contract and scheduling from Brandon, who knowledgeably answered all my questions and concerns, the actual replacement by the competent crew lead by outstanding supervisor Jose, all the way through to the clean up. New Look offered the best products, with competitive prices, and put my mind at ease with their product and craftsmanship warranties. Our home looks great!
